Racism remains one of the most rooted and painful impasses of our time. Why is this so? And what does this have to do with me? Renowned teacher and author Ruth King will explore an understanding of our individual and collective racial conditioning and its social proliferation. She'll address how mindfulness provides a foundation for inner confidence, stability, and courage that foster wise conversation and reconciliation.

Ruth King is a teacher in the Insight Meditation Tradition as well as an Emotional Wisdom author and life coach.
